Rules for Using Our Platform

By accessing c789.wine, registering an account, or using any part of our platform – whether for sports betting, casino games, bingo, or any other service – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and c789. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

To use c789, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

c789 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals may be held pending verification.

When you register an account on c789, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any payment method information required during the registration or deposit process.

One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on c789. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one – even under a different name or email address – both accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. c789 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if it occurs because you shared your password or failed to keep your login details secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify c789 support immediately so that protective measures can be taken.

All deposits on c789 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, and select mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum limits will be displayed at the time of deposit.

Funds deposited into your c789 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that belong to someone else, is a violation of these Terms.

c789 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges depending on the transaction type and amount. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Deposits are generally credited to your c789 account within a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared within a reasonable time and you have confirmation from your payment provider that funds were sent, contact our support team with the transaction reference.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, c789 may request identity verification documents. This is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals will move through the system more quickly.

• Raast transfers are generally instant to same-day.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

c789 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, if account verification is incomplete, or if the account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements.

c789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and sports betting promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the promotion is active.

General bonus conditions that apply across all c789 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Unmet wagering within the deadline will result in the bonus and any related winnings being removed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Bonus winnings that exceed stated maximum withdrawal caps will be removed before the withdrawal is processed.

c789 offers sports betting on a wide range of events including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, and esports. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed on the betting page.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once you have accepted the odds and your bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled in accordance with c789's sport-specific rules. In most cases, voided bets will be refunded at the stake amount.
• In-play betting is offered on selected events. Odds during live events can change rapidly and c789 will not be responsible for bets accepted at odds that were displayed due to a technical error.
• c789 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to certain markets for any account at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your c789 account balance once the event has concluded and results have been officially confirmed.

The c789 casino and games section includes slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and others), bingo, and additional game formats. All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or are operated by established live casino providers.

By participating in casino games or bingo on c789, you accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by the underlying RNG or live game mechanics, and c789 has no influence over individual results.
• Technical malfunctions or disconnections during a game session do not automatically entitle you to a win or a refund. Where a malfunction can be confirmed, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.

c789 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, c789 may freeze the account, reverse transactions, and withhold any funds pending investigation without prior notice.

c789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or if continuing the account relationship would expose the platform or other players to risk.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are confirmed clean may be returned after an investigation period.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting c789 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please let us know so that we can apply the appropriate self-exclusion measures.
